1 Hour – Generic Hours

All time spent on a particular project, including communication, will be debited from the hours purchased on your account. To make the most out of your hours, we recommend that you send us an email with the relevant information pertaining to your project or system. This would include equipment model numbers, input/output lists, and ip addresses. Also be sure to include a detailed description of what you are looking to accomplish. We can help you ascertain any information that you do not already know.

Unused Programming Hours

With the exception of system updates, the smallest increment of time that can be purchased is one hour. If you have additional time remaining after your programming is complete the remaining hours will be kept on the acount to be used at a later date. Hours purchased are not refundable for any reason.
