Upgrade Lutron Radio RA2 to RA3 – Parts & Labor

Includes:

Radio RA3 Processor

Extracting existing Radio RA2 database from existing Main Repeater, converting it to Radio RA3, and loading it on to the Radio RA3 Processor.

Limitations:

To be eligible for an upgrade, system must operate on one, and only one, Radio RA2 main repeater. Existing main repeater must have a wired network connection.

Process:

After purchasing the upgrade, a mini PC will be sent in the mail. When the PC arrives it needs to be plugged into power, and into the same network switch as the Radio RA2 main repeater. Within 3 business days, we will extract the existing database from the existing Radio RA2 repeater, and send word when we have completed the process.

Using the included return label, re-package the mini-pc and drop it off at a UPS store or UPS access point. Once the mini-pc is on it’s way back, we will ship a new, fully programmed Radio RA3 repeater that will replace your existing main repeater.

When the new Radio RA3 processor arrives it’s ready to be installed. First, unplug the existing Radio RA2 repeater. Then, plug in the new Radio RA3 processor to power and network. It’s best to install the new RA3 processor in the same location that the RA2 processor was installed.
