The service enabled access to our surveillance central management platform. For a description of it’s capabilities please see this page.
You will receive a link to download the client software for Windows. For mobile phones, please find the app “ICR CMS” in the app store.
Within 48 hours, you will receive a request for information by email. It will require the IP address or domain name to access your surveillance equipment as well as the assocaited TCP ports for each device. No changes will be made to your device, the information is only so that the servers may retrieve your footage.
The request you receive will also ask for the username and passwords of each device. It is recommended to create an additional login for the central management server so long as it has permissions to view live and recorded footage. Alternatively, admin credentials may be used.
After the information is process, you will receive login credentials to be used for the PC and mobile app viewing software.
For continued functionality, a static IP or a DDNS service is recommended. If using an NVR, external ports must be forwarded for remote access. If using multiple standalone IP Cameras, then port address translation or unique and forwarded ports are required. Ports 10000 and greater only. Usernames and passwords may not contain special characters and must be between 8-14 characters long. The computer viewing software only supports Windows 10 at this time.

As this is a beta test, there is no gauruntee of functionality or compatibility. Best efforts will be made, but the subscription will be canceled if it will not work for your application.
This subscription may be cancelled by you or myEasytek at any time. To cancel, please submit a request to email@example.com. To immediately block access to the central management server simply change your device password.
Technical support is limited. This is a free service, and if any subscription is too demanding on our resources we may elect to cancel an individual subscription or the entire service altogether.
myEasytek may cancel any individual subscription at any time for any reason.
