Onsite Labor Rates

Offsite Rates

These are the rates when we provide consulting, programming, or other service that can be done from our office rather than onsite.

Technician Rates

• JT: $145 per hour
• Dave, Amy, Marcin: $125 per hour

Time Tracking

• All interactions are billed in 5‑minute increments, with a minimum charge of 5 minutes.
• All interactions with the project,project contacts, or deliverables are billable.

Account Setup

• To establish a new account, clients must purchase a minimum of 1 hour of labor.
• A valid credit card will be kept on file for ongoing billing.

Billing Cycle

• After the initial purchase, billing is conducted in arrears.
• Labor time is aggregated and automatically charged each Wednesday.
• If an invoice exceeds $1,000, charges may be processed sooner.

• Amy: $65 per hour
• Dave & Marcin: $125 per hour
• JT: $145 per hour

Minimum Billing & Trip Fees

• Labor under $375: A $125 trip fee will be added to the invoice.
• Labor between $375 and $500: A trip fee will be added in the amount necessary to bring the total invoice to $500.
• Labor over $500: No trip fee applies.
