Labor Rates and Policies

Offsite Rates

These rates apply to consulting, programming, or other services that can be performed from our office rather than onsite.

Technician Rates

• JT: $165 per hour
• Dave, Amy, Marcin: $125 per hour

Time Tracking

• All interactions are billed in 5-minute increments, with a minimum charge of 5 minutes.
• All interactions with the project, project contacts, or deliverables are billable.

Account Setup

• To establish a new account, clients must purchase a minimum of 1 hour of labor.
• A valid credit card will be kept on file for ongoing billing.

Billing Cycle

• After the initial purchase, services are billed in arrears.
• The credit card on file will be automatically charged immediately after service is provided or shortly thereafter.

• Amy: $65 per hour
• Dave & Marcin: $125 per hour
• JT: $165 per hour

Trip Fees

A trip fee is added to onsite labor charges based on the duration of each visit.

• Visits under 3 hours: $150 trip fee.
• Visits lasting 3 hours or more: $100 trip fee.
